Terms Of Service

❤ PLEASE read. If you commission me, it means you have agreed to the Terms Of Service. ❤

Refunds

❤ Due to the nature of digital files, I am unable to offer refunds once sketches have been sent.❤ If I, for any sort of reason, cannot complete your commission, full refund will be provided.

Communication

❤ Communication about the commission will be held in Discord DMs or Twitter DMs.❤ Feel free to dm me about updates on the commission work but please do not rush me. I got school and other things going on other than commissions.

Payment

❤ After I send the sketch and the client is happy with the artwork idea I am going with, I require either half or full payment before any artwork beyond the sketching phase will be sent.❤ I will not work on the commission until the client has paid either half or full payment after sending the sketch.❤ All payments will be sent through my Ko-fi or Paypal.❤ Payment plans can be discussed.

Artwork

❤ I hold rights over my work and the original creator of the art will belong to me and the client will be unable to sell my work unless both parties have inquired a mutual agreement through DMs (Direct Messages).❤ I will appreciate to be credited for my work. [ e.g Being credited in twitch panel / Twitter Bio ]❤ I, as the artist hold rights to be able to deny any commission request at any time for any reason.❤ I, as the artist hold rights to be able to decline a commission if I feel the design ideas do not match my art style or if I feel I will not be able to do your commission properly.

Copyright/Usage Policy

❤ I, the artist, hold every right to the artworks I have created, not the client.♡ Therefore I am allowed to use the artwork for:
♥ Promoting myself.
♥ Displaying it anywhere to my liking
♥ Posting it whenever I want♡ The client is allowed to:
♥ Print the art, and claim the right to their character(s) but not the artwork itself.
♥ Share the artwork on their own social media pages and/or use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.❤ I do not allow the reselling of my artwork in any situation unless both parties have inquired a mutual agreement through DMs (Direct Messages).❤ I must be contacted before any editing of the VTuber Models are made❤ I do not condone any hate content to be created with my artwork/designs.❤ There is currently no extra fee for commercial use on
my VTuber commissions

Extra Fees

♡These are the following fees that may be charged to your purchase:♥ Commercial Fee: ♥
This is a compulsory fee applicable for clients commissioning me artwork that is to be used for commercial purposes, such as making merchandise and etc. [This fee does not apply to my VTuber commissions.]♥ Live2D Pro License Fee: ♥
¥2,080 [one month]
This is a compulsory fee applicable for clients commissioning me for rigging services. This fee will be paid upfront before I do rigging to ensure I give your model more features and better quality.♥ Complexity Fee: ♥
This is a fee applicable for clients commissioning me with really complex references or a design that they want is rather complex, I will tell you in DMs if the commission work will include this fee or not.♥ Rush Fee: ♥
This is a fee applicable for clients commissioning me who wants their commission items faster then I would usually deliver, however this fee will not always be available. This fee will only be limited when it is the holidays and I have extra time. This fee will NOT be available during the time where I have examinations.
